I am happy to have a conversation about this if there is truly an interest in evaluating my comments. I can also provide concrete examples of requests that had been made and were not relevant in determining my ability to pay back the loan, and requests that could (I would argue should) have been made that were better indicators of my ability to pay.

When I asked for a realtor recommendation, Chad even recommended one he personally used. The rate lock occurred very quickly after I made my decision. The team was able to do a fast close when sellers wanted an earlier closing day.
