As real estate investors that have completed 22 house projects at Pierson Brothers Properties, LLC, there are only a small handful of vendors that we use and trust. These people understand the value of building relationships to last and providing value above all else. We wouldn’t have our portfolio today without the help of these key vendors and contractors.

Inspired by those who enabled our success, Mike and I have decide to launch Wallaby Windows of Coastal Carolina. We install windows, doors, and siding from Emerald Isle all along the NC coast to Calabash. In addition to install, we can also service material-only orders. We get large savings with distributors and we’d love to pass on those savings to our investor, general contractor, and builder friends who have crews to install them. We offer any kind of window or door you could imagine.

With the help of our Operations Manager, John Seidelmann, who is a literal rock star with 30 years of construction experience, Mike and I plan on delivering true value to our customers. Our business strategy is simple: Be good dudes and take care of people. If we do that, we know we’ll be successful.

Wilmington was recently named one of Condé Nast Traveler’s top 10 best cities in the U.S.! We are thrilled to own a little piece of downtown, and share our renovations along the way.

Our HGTV dreams came true when we found hardwood floors under the carpet in the living room at our Airbnb. We opted to take this opportunity to also refinish the floors in the kitchen. Here’s a little before and after of this small project that made a huge difference! Four years! 🎉 Four years in business. As many of us know, 20% of businesses fail in their first year and 50% fail within five. The saying “If it were easy everyone would be doing it” comes to mind and rings true. The pictures in this reel show so much of the good, the fun, the memories and the assets we have created and acquired over these past four years, but what is not shown is the literal blood, sweat, tears, and sacrifices that we have made - just like many of you following this account. It’s not easy, it’s not glamorous, but damn if it isn’t rewarding working toward financial freedom.

In four years professionally and personally, we have acquired 16 properties. Gone through 2 deployments. We have had people laugh at us to our faces and tell us we are crazy. We got married. We have had multiple side hustles to keep us going. We have survived major, catastrophic hurricanes that have damaged our properties. We have welcomed new family members and lost some of those most dear to us. We have had moments of victory and those not so pleasant moments with vendors. We have had tenants who become like family and others who up and leave in the middle of the night after they’ve destroyed the property. We have seen it all - or at least if feels like it. All of this to say, nothing worth having comes easy. We look forward to the next four years and we thank you for following us along the way! 🏡
