To help Tennessee insurance consumers, the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (“TDCI”) is joining the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) to promote the Life Insurance Policy Locator service. The locator is a fast, free, and simple way for loved ones to locate life insurance policies and annuity contracts of deceased family members or close relationships. Through the past two years, the service has located thousands of dollars for Tennessee consumers. Through this process, a deceased person’s loved ones could get the valuable life insurance policies that may have been originally purchased to help cover the costs of funerals, medical bills, daily expenses, or college.

When a loved one passes away, grieving family members face a multi-faceted hardship. On top of their loss, family members suddenly face a long list of potentially expensive tasks including paying for a funeral and burial, medical bills, and day-to-day expenses.

We just completed our first Toys for Tots drive, and thanks to our huge-hearted clients and friends, it was a great success! Both boxes were filled in only 1 month of collection, which will definitely help many kiddos have a more enjoyable Christmas. Thank-you to all who supported!

We are excited to be a collection site for Toys For Tots this holiday season!

The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas. They are asking that all donations be dropped off by 12/15/2022, so that there is time for them to find their child.

As of today, Toys can be dropped at our current office (10579 Cedar Grove Rd., Suite 100, Smyrna, TN 37167). After December 1st, we will be collecting from our new location (1071 Rock Springs Rd., Smyrna, TN 37167).
