REAL ID - Now In Force
For Illinois residents who fly domestically, the U.S. Departmentof Homeland Security will require you to use a valid US Passport or have a REAL ID update on your license from the Illinois Secretary of State to fly domestically.

If you elect to use the Passport only (not obtaining the REAL ID) you are not able to access Military Bases or secure Federal Facilities after MAY 7, 2025.

(Note: this includes SAFB and Federal offices in the Metro STL Region.)

Current card holders are to submit renewal applications in order to remain valid.
CCL requires a course completion to apply or a refresher course to renew.

(You may apply to renew up to 180 days in advance of your expiration date)

Due to unexpected circumstances our office has an opening for a Customer Service Specialist.

This position is part time daily with full time potential.

Our office is open…
Tuesday - Friday and Saturday mornings.
Closed Sunday and Monday.

Affordable Choice Insurance Brokers / A-C License & Title service is located in Smithton, IL.
Processing Illinois License and Title transactions and Representing several Major Insurance Carriers for Auto, Home, Life, Business and More !

Overall Skill Requirements:

•Excellent phone skills and etiquette
•Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and use of computer software for insurance and license and title transactions is a plus.

Daily duties: gathering information from individuals and businesses to service accounts, attract & complete new business, and follow up calls.

Process State of Illinois Licensing transactions.

At least one year of office customer service experience preferred.

Ability to obtain P & C Insurance license if requested.

Compensation: based on experience. Bi-weekly.

We are a Christian owned / family oriented business in which customer service is the most important commodity, plus a comfortable work environment.
