Facts to know. Our beloved dogs are one of the factors driving increase in Home Insurance costs. I just met with one of my largest carrier for Home insurance - over the past 10 years their losses have exceeded income 9 out of 10 years. If this doesn't change they will withdraw from the market place. It is in these areas that pipes may freeze. - Stay warm and save for this 36-48 period hour period. it will moderate by mid day Sunday.
