⭐ It’s About More Than Just a Claim — It’s About Being There When It Matters Most ⭐
We recently received a wonderful call from one of our insureds who simply wanted to say **THANK YOU** to First Mutual Insurance Company, our Claims Department, and the adjuster who handled his wind claim.
His poultry houses were undergoing renovations when a tornado came through and caused significant damage. What followed was a claims process involving not only our team and the insured, but also the builder and integrator.
Throughout the process, our team worked hard to communicate, coordinate, and help get things moving forward. The insured was so pleased with the service he received that he took the time to personally call and thank us — and even the builder and integrator were impressed by the level of service our team provided.
