NEW TRACK this morning continues to increase confidence on a “landfall” of Bertha into SE LA on Wednesday. Note I used quotes for “landfall” as the center of this storm may not have much to it. I expect the National Hurricane Center to dissipate the storm before making it into western LA or Texas as chances this makes it back over the Gulf are decreasing.
