𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧’𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 #𝟯

Construction progress update… and apparently the part where everything goes exactly according to plan has been canceled.

Painting is officially underway, but we hit a setback with the flooring. The flooring that had already been installed had to come back up, so we’re starting that part over once painting is finished.

Not exactly the update I hoped to give, but this is real life renovation.

Here’s where we are now:

• Interior painting underway
• Flooring removed and hopefully restarting next week
• Cat6/data drops planned for this weekend
• New roof coming soon
• Lighting upgrades next on the list
• Furniture decisions happening now
• Storage container delivered so we can stop moving everything from room to room

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝟮–𝟯 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗱 𝗯𝗲, because apparently construction schedules enjoy humbling optimistic business owners.

Our team is still working remotely and taking care of customers as usual while all of this is happening.

The good news? Every step gets us closer, and I’m already starting to see what this place is going to become.

And speaking of furniture…

𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁.

BUILDING WHAT’S NEXT | All Saints Update #2

Okay, now we’re getting somewhere.

The old carpet is officially GONE, and the new floors have started going down.

Of course, Kaydee had to come inspect the progress for herself. I think the running test means they passed.

This is only step one. We still have:

• Flooring to finish
• Interior painting
• New lighting
• Furniture
• Technology
• Signage
• And plenty of little details in between

But seeing that first room come together makes such a difference.

I told y’all I’d show you the whole process, not just the finished reveal, so welcome to the messy middle.

And yes… the location is still top secret.

For now.

𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓’𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓 | 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 #𝟏

Moving day is behind us. Now the fun part starts.

And apparently Kendra gets the honor of officially unpacking box #1.

We’re wasting no time getting things moving. Today:

• Painters came out for interior estimates
• We got estimates for carpet removal and new flooring installation
• Measurements were taken for our new signage

And this is just the beginning.

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to take y’all along as we transform our next space into the new home of All Saints Insurance.

You’ll see the progress, the mess, the decisions, the before-and-afters, and probably a few things that don’t go exactly according to plan.

As for the location?

𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫.

But I’ll start dropping some clues along the way.

Heading into our 20th year in business, I’m excited to build something that gives our team more room to grow and our customers an even better place to call their insurance home.

Moving day is officially here.

Fifteen years of All Saints is being packed into boxes today, and somehow Kaydee has managed to make herself part of the packing inventory.

Our team is working remotely while we make the move, and there will be no interruption to service.

We’re still answering phones, servicing policies, making changes, issuing certificates, quoting new customers, and binding new policies.

We’re not quite ready to announce the new location yet, but renovations are underway and we can’t wait to show you what’s next.

The boxes are moving. The phones are not.

Our team will be packing and moving Wednesday through Friday, so the Gause office is no longer available for normal walk-in service.

But we are still here and taking care of business.

We’re continuing to:

• Make policy changes
• Help with payments
• Issue certificates
• Provide new quotes
• Bind new policies

After moving week, our team will temporarily work remotely while we get our next location ready.

Today was our last day of customer operations at our Gause office.

After 15 years in this space, it’s hard to put into words what this office has meant to me and to All Saints Insurance. This is where the agency grew up. We built relationships, weathered storms, celebrated milestones, and served thousands of families and businesses from this location.

So yes, this is the end of an era.

But it’s also the beginning of a new one.

Our team will be working remotely while we prepare our next location, and there will be no interruption to your service.

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Change and growth are always bittersweet.

All Saints grew up here and really became what it is today in our Gause office. We’ve built relationships with thousands of customers, grown our team, celebrated milestones, ridden out more than a few storms, and made a whole lot of memories inside those walls.

Now, as we head into our 20th year in business, it feels like the right time to turn the page and make room for what comes next.

After 15 years here, I made the decision not to renew our lease and to move All Saints into its next chapter.

Sometimes doing what’s right for your business means pushing past what’s familiar and making room for what’s next.

And that’s exactly what we’re doing.

We’re making room to grow our team, expand what we can do, and serve our customers even better.

Our last regular business day at the Gause office will be Tuesday, September 22.

Wednesday through Friday, the office will be a sea of packing boxes and moving chaos, but we’ll still be supporting our customers. Calling or texting will be much better than stopping by.

Business will continue without interruption.

We’ll still be answering calls, servicing policies, making coverage changes, helping with payments, issuing certificates, quoting new customers, and binding new policies.

I know this announcement comes with short notice. I didn’t want to share anything until our plans were far enough along that I felt comfortable talking about what was next.

The new location is staying top secret just a little longer while we get everything lined up, but I genuinely cannot wait for you to see it.

To everyone who has supported All Saints over the last 15 years at Gause, and throughout nearly 20 years in business, trusted us with your family or business, or referred someone to us, thank you.

Moving brings challenges, but it also creates opportunity.
