We hosted a Christmas drop-in at our office to celebrate the holiday season and show appreciation to our valued clients and partners. Delicious holiday-inspired appetizers and treats were served by The Cliffs, while light entertainment by L.C. Branch Music added to the joyful mood. The afternoon was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen relationships and celebrate the holiday spirit together. We would like to wish everyone and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We want to inform you that our team and families are safe and have fortunately not experienced any property damage from Hurricane Helene. However, the storm has caused widespread power and telecom outages throughout our region. Our South Carolina office is currently without power, and we anticipate the outage will be prolonged.

While we are remotely operational, these disruptions may impact our ability to field calls and messages as quickly as usual. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to assist you while our systems are being restored.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those in Western North Carolina who have been far less fortunate. Thank you for your support during this challenging time!

The Lakenorth team welcomed clients to the brand-new Keowee Springs Clubhouse at The Cliffs for our inaugural "Memorial Day Soiree". Our guests enjoyed Chef Sandeep’s sensational dishes, and a fantastic acoustic set performed by local musician L.C. Branch Music. While we enjoyed the time spent with our valued clients, we also pause to memorialize our fallen servicemembers and hope you had a blessed Memorial Day Weekend.

It was a night of stunning views, sumptuous food, and elegant tunes as the Lakenorth team gathered Thursday evening for our 5th Annual Culinary Showcase held at The Reserve at Lake Keowee

Local jazz singer Luke Riley Smith Music captivated the audience with hits of the Big Band Era, while sommelier Kevin Parks of Grassroots Wine Wholesalers poured perfectly paired wines curated for each dish.
