👋 Meet Hollie!

With nearly 15 years in the insurance industry, Hollie has seen a lot of change over the years. She was there when the Affordable Care Act (ACA) rolled out and watched the rapid growth of Medicare Advantage plans across the region. If there's one thing she's learned, it's that no two clients—and no two insurance situations—are exactly alike.

If Hollie were a GPS voice, she'd be easy to recognize:

🗺️ "In 500 feet, turn left to the north."

Precise.
Technical.
A little sassy.
And definitely not afraid to tell you when you've missed your turn.

Here's something many people are surprised to learn about her:

🏫 She took a year away from the insurance industry to help open ARK Academy in Sioux Falls alongside her husband, Brock.

While insurance has been a huge part of her career, she's equally passionate about kids, families, and building stronger communities.

As for what keeps her fueled throughout the day?

🥤 A Loaded Tea
🥤 An Alani Nu

If you stop by her desk, there's a very good chance you'll find one (or both) within arm's reach.

If Hollie wasn't working in insurance, she'd probably be spending her days at ARK Academy. But if she could choose absolutely anything?

✈️ She'd be traveling the world as a travel influencer, sharing adventures, hidden gems, and helping others experience new places.

When asked what direction she'd point someone looking for "smarter coverage," her answer is simple:

With more than 8 years in the insurance industry, Brock has helped clients navigate everything from home and auto insurance to employee benefits and health coverage. While he's worked in several areas of insurance, his true passion is helping individuals, families, and businesses make sense of their health insurance and benefits options.

If Brock were a GPS voice, it definitely wouldn't be boring.

A little sassy? Absolutely.
Helpful? Always.

Here are a few things you might not know about Brock:

😎 His full name is actually Brockington.
🎯 He loves nicknames (which is part of why he goes by Brock).
🧠 He has an incredible memory when it comes to faces and names. Meet him once, and there's a good chance he'll remember you years later.

When asked what mascot best represents insurance, Brock chose a German Shepherd.

For more than 8 years, Jose has been a trusted part of the CRC Capital Group family. As the leader of our Mitchell office, he helps us serve clients across a larger portion of South Dakota while bringing the same level of care and expertise CRC is known for.

If Jose were a GPS voice, he'd calmly reassure you with:

And honestly, that sums up his approach to helping clients pretty well. Life doesn't always go according to plan, but Jose is there to help people navigate the twists and turns with confidence.
