Last Friday, I wrapped up the week with one of my all-time favorite closings.
Gerald and Naomi officially closed on their beautiful new home—and it was a moment none of us will forget.

The room was filled with stories, laughter, and even a few tears. It was especially meaningful for Gerald, who will soon be selling the family home he was born in. You could truly feel the love and memories he carries from that home.
What made this even more special? They were purchasing from a couple who had poured 28 years of love into the very same house. Watching the exchange between Gerald, Naomi, and the sellers was powerful—four people who genuinely cared about the homes that shaped their lives.

A big shoutout to Becky at First Dakota Title, who made the closing so much fun—she even shared it was the highlight of her week 😊

And thank you to Kelli Moffitt with KW for once again being so awesome to work with, and a shoutout to Adam Mutschelnaus with The Move Group for being a great listing agent as well.

This was a wonderful experience all around—and moments like this are exactly why I do what I do.
