I’m excited to offer Money & Me℠, a free financial literacy program for K-8 students.
Once your class completes 3-5 lessons, your classroom is eligible for a $50 donation to use however you choose!

The program is:
• Prewritten, easy to teach, and tied to learning standards.
• Flexibly paced to fit your classroom schedule.
• Available at no cost to you or your school.

I’m limited in donations this school year. Don’t wait to send me a message if you’re interested or know an educator who might be! I’d love to help bring financial literacy (and a little extra funding) to more local classrooms.

Giving back is what it’s all about!

LHS Cheer put on a fundraiser last Park Drive After 5 to raise money for new gear for the squad! They raised a total of $655 and with our match $1310!!

We’re so excited for this season and wish the team all the best!

This year during our large scale fraternal event, Modern Woodmen hosted a “Bouncing Back to School” event that included 2 hours of bounce time, pizza, and drinks at Air Madness for almost 300 members!

We asked our members and their guests to bring a school supply item with them and these school supplies are now being donated to the Harrisburg School District today! We needed help lifting these heavy totes with all the notebooks and crayons so we enlisted the help of some outstanding Harrisburg firefighters!

Just a hootin’ and a hollerin’ our way over to Hawthorne Elementary with stop of our backpack/teacher bags delivery!

Final stop on the tour of our Regional Impact Challenge!

At these stops, I took the time to speak with these administrators/teachers to dig deeper into the impact something like giving back school supplies has. It has been an eye opening experience to know many children start their school year with nothing. I know we are not naive to believe this isn’t a hard time in the economy and our communities are so blessed to have leaders like this in their school systems.

Always a pleasure to give back where we can and look forward to doing so much more! Keep giving us buckets, and we will work to keep filling them. It’s our Modern Woodmen way. 💙

Got to speak with and meet some of our Lennox and Worthing Elementary educators at our backpack drop off today!

I am so thankful to get to meet the people who are inspiring our children daily.

Dropped off a total of 80 bags and 50 teacher bags to be distributed throughout the two elementary schools in the Lennox school district. 💪🏻

So proud to be able to give back and so proud to be an Oriole 🧡 🖤

💙 When our community comes together, amazing things happen! 💙

We’re excited to partner with the Lennox Commercial Club to support the Lennox lunch program! The Commercial Club did an incredible job putting together a fundraiser featuring a dunk tank, giving our community a fun way to come together while raising money to give back to our local students and families.

Through this partnership, we’ll be providing matching funds to help go toward unpaid lunch accounts and support the lunch program.

A huge thank you to the Lennox Commercial Club for organizing such a fun and meaningful fundraiser, and to everyone who participated and helped make it a success!

This is what makes Lennox so special! Neighbors helping neighbors, local organizations working together, and a community that continues to show up for our kids. 🧡 🖤
