As of January 1, 2023, the new limits will be in place, allowing homebuyers access to more money for their new home without higher interest rates and higher down payment requirements.

My Story

I grew up in Huron, SD and started my career in banking at the age of 16. I received my Bachelors of Science from Black Hills State University in Spearfish with a double major in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. In 2003, I moved from Pierre SD to Sioux Falls SD and in 2010, I dedicated my banking career to mortgage lending, and I have never looked back. I love working with clients in all stages in life and helping them finance their home. The loan programs I specialize in are: Conventional, VA, FHA, and RD.

My youngest son, Cole, age 13 and I live in Sioux Falls where he is a 7th grader at Harrisburg North Middle School. He loves playing and watching sports, including, football, basketball, baseball, pool, and golf. My oldest, Carter, age 19, attends Duke University in North Carolina, majoring in Biology. He is intending to pursue a medical research career. He is also in Duke’s marching/pep band. We love to spoil our dog, Jake, a mini golden doodle. When I am not chasing my boys with their activities, you can find me cheering on The Twins and Vikings. I also attend many pool tournaments cheering on my significant other, Jon.
