Some closings are simple. This one was earned. 🔑🏡
Closing day was this past Monday, August 31! 🎉
This was such a special transaction because it truly was a team effort with Casa Reynoza. From day one, my client knew exactly what she wanted in a home, and we stayed true to that no matter how many properties it took to find the right one.
Along the way, we negotiated several important items that came up during inspection, including major repairs like the water heater, among other details on the property. There were real challenges throughout this transaction, but we kept finding ways to work through them and keep moving forward.
I also want to give a special thank you to Nancy for all her support, especially while I was on vacation. We truly worked as a team to make sure my client felt supported and well represented every step of the way.
The best part? Something that once felt out of reach for her became real on Monday she received the keys to a beautiful, renovated home full of potential.
It was such a privilege to walk alongside her through this process and help make that dream come true. 🏡💛

¡El cierre fue este lunes, 31 de agosto! 🎉
Esta fue una transacción muy especial porque realmente fue un trabajo en equipo con Casa Reynoza. Desde el principio, mi clienta tenía muy claro lo que quería en una casa, y nos mantuvimos fieles a eso sin importar cuántas propiedades tuvimos que ver hasta encontrar la indicada para ella.
Durante el proceso logramos negociar varias cosas importantes que salieron en la inspección, incluyendo reparaciones importantes como el water heater, entre otros detalles de la propiedad. Hubo retos reales durante esta transacción, pero siempre buscamos la manera de resolverlos y seguir adelante.
También quiero agradecer especialmente a Nancy por todo su apoyo, sobre todo mientras yo estaba de vacaciones. Realmente trabajamos como equipo para asegurarnos de que mi clienta estuviera bien representada en todo momento.
¿Lo más bonito? Algo que al principio parecía difícil de alcanzar para ella, el lunes se convirtió en realidad: recibió las llaves de una casa hermosa, remodelada y con muchísimo potencial.
Fue un verdadero privilegio acompañarla en este proceso y ayudarla a cumplir ese sueño. 🏡💛
