Back in 2020, after my mom passed, I was juggling a lot. The insurance policies were getting moved around, life was messy and the insurance agent I was working with didn’t listen or care to understand what was actually going on. That turned into a HUGE mess that never needed to be!
That’s when I called Bryan Niehoff, at World Insurance.
I already had a random policy through him and when I explained everything, he actually listened. Then he lowered my premiums and improved my coverage.
Fast forward a few years.
After a painstakingly long process, I officially purchased the home that’s been in my family since it was built... a house we had already been living in (like the owner) for years... it's a "fixer-upper." Getting it insured I thought would have been simple... but it wasn’t.
Many insurance companies had become very strict on what they’d cover, and my house fell into the “hard to insure” category (apparently 70-year-old windows and farm-animal-tested siding raised some eyebrows 🐐)... If you know the house, you’re allowed to laugh with me - haha!
Bryan went to bat for me... multiple times!! He physically drove to the house (let’s be real, most people don’t even know insurance agents leave their offices), took photos, explained the updates in progress and kept pushing back until the company agreed to keep me insured without raising my premium.
If you've made it this far... Here’s the real question:
Is your insurance agent working for you or just selling what fits your price point?
Bryan works with multiple insurance companies and can help with both residential and commercial coverage, which means your policy can actually better fit your situation... not a one-size-fits-all quote.
If you call Bryan Niehoff, he’ll give you an honest review of your policy. He’ll tell you if you’re under-covered, look for better coverage or rates and if he can’t do better... he’ll tell you that, too. Give him a call or send him a text. His number is (605) 222-0032. Tell him I sent you (and no, I don’t get a kick back).
P.S. If you don’t want to call, I’ll drop the online application below in the comments.
