WINS Group - Wilcoxon Insurance is excited to announce the addition of our ever expanding list of qualified Group Health and Employee Benefits agents!

We’ve seen such an influx of business and companies not satisfied with the services they receive from not only their Property and Casualty agent, but also on the Group Health side of things.

Kaliopie works directly with employers, HR teams, and employees to make employee benefits a little easier to understand and a lot more personal. She helps provide life, health, dental, vision, and Aflac supplemental benefits at competitive prices for individuals, families, small groups, and large groups.
One of the things Kaliopie values most is making sure people don’t feel like they’re on their own when it comes to choosing their benefits. She meets one-on-one with each employee to walk through their options, answer questions, and make sure they actually understand what they’re choosing. Her goal is simple: help people make educated decisions about the coverage that makes sense for them and their families.

For employers and HR teams, Kaliopie is there to help take some of the work off their plate while still giving employees the personal attention they deserve.
When she’s not talking about benefits, Kaliopie is usually somewhere in the middle of the beautiful chaos of life with her husband, their growing family, family and friends, and their dogs. Life is busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. She brings that same genuine, people-first approach into her work and truly enjoys getting to know the people and businesses she works with.

WINS Group - Wilcoxon Insurance is incredibly excited to announce a new product offering to help better service businesses we work with and provide Group Health & Employee Benefits.

Lindsay Holm is a Sioux Falls-area professional with more than 10 years of experience in banking and financial services. She spent the majority of her banking career in mortgage servicing, ultimately serving as a Mortgage Servicing Supervisor, before transitioning into real estate as a Transaction and Listing Manager.

After taking time away from her career in 2024 to care for her youngest son, Lindsay began what she calls her “forever career” as a Workplace Benefits Advisor with Aflac. She specializes in supplemental, life, health, and accident insurance and has expanded her expertise to offer major medical solutions for businesses.

Lindsay is passionate about helping businesses build meaningful benefits packages that attract and retain great employees while providing employees and their families with greater financial protection.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, relaxing together in their pool during the summer, and hosting family holidays whenever she gets the chance. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she loves creating opportunities to bring everyone together.
