Fall weather is upon us (P.S. it is my favorite season if you didn't already know that)! Who is ready for pumpkins, cooler weather, and the beautiful colors all around us as the trees are in full-swing of changing?!?!

On a more serious note, this time of year is very important to me because it is when I pause and try to be a little more intentional with those closest to me. I am extremely thankful for my wife, Heather, and our children - my life would be very different without their unconditional love and the enormous amount of support they give to me each and every day!

It is so easy to 'let' life get busy...there is always something to do, something to see, or something to accomplish... However, I want to encourage you to pause and be intentional today (even if it is only for 30 seconds) with your thoughts and actions.
