I am a California native who earned two Associate’s Degrees in Communications and Humanities from Norco College. I was then recruited to play collegiate soccer at the University of Sioux Falls, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education. My career path led me to the insurance industry, where I found my true calling. I began working in Life, Health, and Accident insurance with Bankers Life, a

nd later expanded into Personal Lines insurance with Allstate. In 2023, I joined Wilcoxon Insurance, where I can fully utilizes my Property and Casualty license to serve clients with expertise and care. I am passionate about educating others and helping individuals and families build secure, successful lives. Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching sports, as well as spending time with my two dogs, Mickey and Minnie.

I have been in the fitness industry for about 10 years. I attended SDSU where I received my Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Science.

After spending the last 4 years working at Burn Boot Camp in Sioux Falls, I’m thrilled to be coming back home to Vermillion to launch this new venture!

My goal is to empower individuals to live longer, more fulfilling lives with fewer limitations. I aim to cultivate a strong, supportive community within a positive and encouraging environment.

We offer Group Training, Personal Training and Nutrition/Health Coaching. Whether you’ve been working out for years or looking to try something new, we will ensure you walk away from each workout feeling stronger, more confident and supported.
