The US Dollar is supposed to be a representation of, or a receipt for actual Resources or Gold. That is why it is called a “Federal Reserve Note” which you can read on every dollar of any amount you have.

But today it is no longer that way, which makes the pieces of paper that we exchange as money, worth nothing! Except that it has been classified by law as legal tender to use for purchases within our country.

It is important that our dollars actually represent something like gold, which is in limited supply because whoever has control over the supply of these “Reserve Notes” (The FED) can print up as many new ones as they wish, which constantly changes the value that they represent, which is why we have inflation and why prices are always going up!

What's the reason for all of the Booms and Busts (or Ups and Downs) in the Economy? Do you really think it is just natural Ebbs and Flows of the Market? Or is there something that is causing all this Instability?

I mean, it’s not like every business gets hit with a stroke of genius all at the same time and succeeds; then all at the same time they get hit with a dumb stick and fail…

It’s more reasonable to think that different businesses will have successes, failures and stagnation's all at the same time, rather than every business experiencing the same success or failure at the same time, which would make the economy as a whole relatively stable.

If you think that there is someone or something behind the curtain pulling all the levers, making the economy have all the extreme ups and downs. Then you would be right!

The FED or Federal Reserve is largely responsible for this manipulation of the markets. In a truly free market society, we would see a natural and much more stable, slow upward trend in the market. Also you wouldn’t see prices always going up with inflation, but rather prices gradually decreasing as businesses experience new growth and success!

Stop Taking Loans from Banks!

Every time a loan is taken out from a bank or credit union, they don’t just lend you the money that people have on deposit like a bank is supposed to do, they lend you newly created money out of nothing, just a new entry line in their computers! This makes every dollar now worth less and less every time this happens. This is what Inflation is!

If we need to borrow money, we should do it from private lenders that do not have the power to create money out of nothing, but instead must lend out the money that they actually have on hand.

Or we can behave like an honest banker should be behaving ourselves and Keeping our money somewhere safe and guaranteed to grow while borrowing the money we need to run our lives from private lending institutions.

The creation of the Federal Reserve Central Bank was sold to the public as something good to help stabilize our currency here in America. But in reality it gave a few elite bankers a Monopoly and total control of the currency in our country, which allowed them to Manipulate the dollar as much as they wanted to for their own benefit.

To prevent these elite bankers from manipulating our money supply, we need to keep the process of banking private. We need to save our money outside of the commercial banks and credit unions where they can lend it out, creating new money. And If we need to borrow money, that must be done from private lenders as well!

If you or I were to counterfeit money, we would be Prison for it. But when the FED does it, it’s legal and they get to charge you interest for borrowing it!

The law allows all banks (and credit unions) to create money out of nothing! Typically banks will lend out 10 times more money than they actually have from deposits! This makes every dollar you have worth less and less every single day.

To stop this constant erosion of the value of our money, we must stop saving our money in and taking loans from the banks and credit unions that are under the umbrella of the federal reserve (hint, that is all of them). If we need loans, they must be obtained through private lenders.
