Most buyers spend weeks researching neighborhoods, touring homes, and comparing properties. Then they spend just a few minutes reviewing the loan that will finance one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

For hardwood floors? Not so much.

Vinegar is acidic, and over time it can dull the finish, damage the protective coating, and leave your floors looking permanently hazy. What starts as a budget-friendly cleaning hack can eventually lead to costly refinishing down the road.

Instead, stick with:
✔️ A pH-neutral hardwood floor cleaner
✔️ A microfiber mop
✔️ As little water as possible
