I would say his communication and willingness to solve problems have been the biggest assets in helping our two first-time home buyers close, and close on time! Together, Keinan and I were able to guide our buyer with a local downpayment assistance program securing a 20% down payment. That saved them nearly $500 dollars a month on their mortgage payment. With our other buyers in Bonney Lake, Keinan was diligent in communication to help secure down payment assistance offered by the local Native American Tribe. Hands down would suggest working with Keinan and I look forward to working with him with our future home owners!
