A few things to consider regarding an escrow account:
👉🏾 We're going to do our best to anticipate the cost of your insurance and your taxes and load your escrow account accordingly. However, sometimes those numbers do go up and there can be a shortage in your account. If you're worried about that, you can always set aside funds just in case to pay that remaining balance at the end of the year.
