Job Opportunity for Customer Service Representative or Licensed Insurance Producer.

Where: Sikeston Missouri, Janna Ferrell Shelter Insurance Agency

Job Description: provide assistance to myself and to assist Customers with payments, Daily sales calls and payment reminders. Managing social media marketing. Preparing and filing documents, assist in answering phones, email correspondence, scheduling appointments, file management, etc. Full time position is desired, but for the right candidate I am willing to work around a Part Time trial.

Skills: excellent computer skills, email correspondence, and ability to adapt and learn quickly, outstanding time management, experience in customer service, and sales.

Office hours: M-F 9am to 4:30 pm with one hour for lunch from 12-1.

The Shelter Insurance® Foundation has allocated $1.5 million dollars to help with crisis relief in the communities Shelter serves. The Foundation approved offering a $1,000 donation per agent and $5,000 per regional office to area charities working to respond to local COVID-19 needs. This offer is extended to each of our nearly 1400 agents in Shelter’s 15-state operating territory and to our 20 regional offices. Agents may choose which local charity to support and will submit their requests to the Foundation. A process is being developed for agents and regional offices to make their individual requests and will be distributed as soon as it is ready.
