Looking for a Full Time Service Associate:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, experience working with computers, spreadsheets and basic math skills. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Must have a valid drivers license, pass a background check and will need to pass an insurance exam with 180 days of beginning employment (provided by the employer). Duties include but are not limited to: Answering the phone, documenting conversations, gathering information, assisting the other agents, processing change forms, uploading information into the Company's online files and various other administrative tasks. Software programs used are Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as the Company administered software. Must be willing to learn as you go and work together with a team. Additional training is provided as needed. Wages are dependent upon experience and are negotiable. There are some company benefits as well. Cara L Storm, Mark Martin & Chris Gartner: Mountain West Farm Bureau, are seeking full-time support staff and/or sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on working in a team environment with a strong desire to provide outstanding service to our clients. These positions are an excellent foot in the door with an opportunity for growth and development in the financial services and insurance industry.
The position will start with training on our systems and learning about our business. After a comprehensive training period and successful licensing, the candidate will have the opportunity to increase responsibilities and compensation.
Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction are required. Additionally, excellent communication and client service skills are a must! These jobs are responsible for working with clients to assess their needs to ensure the right products and services are offered for their portfolio. Compensation will depend on experience and increase after securing a license. Full Time 35 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and must obtain State Licensing within 90 days of hire. Passing a criminal background check and credit check is required for employment.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and systems management. (database and administrative office support)
- Application review, submission, follow-up, tracking, and finalizing and filing.
- Gathering potential client information and generating reports.
- Consistent client interactions.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Communication with team and Agent about challenges and issues that need to be addressed.
- Organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.
- Starting claim process.
- Schedule meetings.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and fingerprinted within 90 days of hire.
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
- Able to assess, prioritize and respond quickly and professionally to clients.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written); empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities.
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
- Must have a vehicle and drivers license for off-site functions like getting photos.
