Elite Home Buyers is seeking an operations manager and/or Cheif operating officer for our growing marketing and sales team in the greater Philadelphia area.
The operations manager is second in command at the company and is directly responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the company. The right candidate is someone who possesses strong leadership skills with an emphasis on implementing and maintaining processes and ensuring all team members are adhering to the companies mission and core values.
The position:
The position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
The responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
- Long term strategic operational planning
- design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- oversee daily operations of the company (sales, marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, finance etc)
- Help hire and Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Participate and assist in facilitating expansion activities
The essential functions:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a sales organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. Bottom line: Help build a beautiful company
- Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external and creating reports to show the health of the company
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Assist in building, motivating and leading the team.
The pay structure:
This is a base plus commission position with emphasis on long term growth and uncapped earning potential. The starting pay to be based on experience
Bonuses:
- Quarterly/yearly bonuses based on achieving goals that are set by the CEO
- Personal investment and partnership opportunities through the deals we keep or new opportunities we start (we have first eyes on the deals)
- Access to companies lenders, contractors etc and the ability to leverage companies experience when raising capital for personal or partnership opportunities
- Company Paid trainings, Trips, Masterminds, Networking events etc
