If you have minimal money and want to purchase a home, the United States Department of Agriculture or USDA offers a purchase mortgage to 100% of the purchase price. In addition, the 100% financing USDA mortgage can be coupled with the NJHMFA down Payment assistance bond which provides $15,000 in Ocean & Monmouth Counties. So, no money down and $15,000 to cover closing costs if you qualify.
