Okay, let's see if I can keep up with all these closing posts this month! 😂🏡

Back on Mother's Day, I got a phone call that started with, "Happy Mother's Day! I have a good lead for you to work on tomorrow but we need to close it by Tuesday." 😅

Challenge accepted.

Team Ellis found the perfect home, and just 26 days after Mother's Day, and only a few days after finding the house, these buyers made it all the way to the closing table!

What a way to kick off National Homeownership Month! 🎉

Good news for condo buyers! Recent guideline updates mean more condos may now qualify for financing!
1. Guidelines will now consider the condition and remaining life of the roof, rather than just age.
2. Insurance no longer has to cover 100% of replacement cost in every case.
