💙 A New Chapter for 360 Insurance 💙

We’re excited to share some big news!

Effective September 1, Morgan will become a Managing Partner of 360 Insurance, beginning a long-term succession plan that will pave the way for her to fully purchase the agency in the future.

Over the years, we’ve watched Morgan grow from an employee, to a manager, and now into this new managing partnership role. We’re incredibly proud of what she has accomplished and excited to have her help lead 360 into the future.

We also want to make one thing very clear: this does not mean Kim and I are going anywhere. We will continue to be involved in the day-to-day operations of 360 Insurance. Over the coming years, we’ll gradually pass more ownership and leadership responsibilities to Morgan as she prepares for the future of the agency.

For us, this is about protecting what we’ve built, continuing to take great care of our clients and employees, and keeping 360 Insurance locally owned and operated for many years to come.

We also want to give a special thank you to Brittany, April, Madison, Liz Ann, and Eme for all of their hard work and dedication. As we celebrate 19 years in business, we know that 360 Insurance would not be what it is today without the people who have helped us build it.

We are incredibly thankful for our entire team, past and present, and for the clients who have trusted us over the last 19 years.

We’re excited about this next chapter and what the future holds for Morgan, our team, and 360 Insurance.

Today marks 19 years since we opened the doors to our insurance agency.

On August 1, 2007, it was just Kim and I working out of a single-room office with one goal: treat people the right way and take care of them like family. We had no idea what the future would hold, but we believed that if we worked hard and always put our clients first, everything else would fall into place.

Nineteen years later, we’re incredibly blessed to have grown into a team of 8 amazing insurance professionals serving thousands of wonderful clients.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our clients who have trusted us with their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families over the years. Your loyalty means more to us than you’ll ever know.

To our employees—past and present—thank you for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to taking care of our clients every single day. You are the heart of this agency, and we are grateful for everything you do.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this incredible 19-year journey. We are truly grateful for every client, every employee, every referral, and every friendship we’ve made along the way.

was a success! There was a little relaxation, a lot of laughs, and even more team bonding. We came for the lake, stayed for the food, survived on snacks, sunshine, and questionable karaoke decisions. 😅

Weekends like this are a reminder that the best teams aren’t just built in the office. Investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make, and we’re grateful for this crew and everything we’re building together. 💙🌊
