The Pace Agency of Allstate Insurance is looking for a positive and professional Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in Shreveport, Louisiana. In this role, you’ll be our customers first point of contact, responsible for delivering a great customer support experience.
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle all current customer policy requests with an emphasis on creating a positive claim experience for our customers. This position also offers the opportunity for sales with unlimited potential! This hybrid service and sales position will be based out of our office in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Responsibilities Include:
-Servicing existing customer policies and answering any questions they may have.
-Meeting customers needs by offering our complete product portfolio.
