Listen everyone! This is why it’s so important to make sure your covered correctly. This year is going to be an awful year for fires. Make sure your policy is insuring you properly! We would be happy to do reviews even if you’re not with us!

An early season wildfire in central Oregon prompted the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office to order hundreds of residents north of La Pine to evacuate their homes Tuesday afternoon.

By 7 p.m., those evacuation orders had been lifted and the fire’s spread had been stopped, the sheriff’s office said.

The brush fire, dubbed the Riverview fire, burned a total of about 11.8 about Tuesday afternoon, according to Kimberly Johnson with the Oregon Department of Forestry. The cause is under investigation.
