Get to Know Our Team — Meet Our Wonderful Sales Development Representative, Jim! 💙

Jim is an important part of our team, helping us connect with new clients and create opportunities for our advisors to help people with their insurance needs. He brings a positive attitude and a genuine interest in getting to know people, making him a great first point of contact for those connecting with our agency!

Outside of work, you can usually find Jim around a baseball field, either watching the game or stepping into the role of umpire. When he’s not at the ballpark, he’s always up for a little karaoke! But above all else, he loves spending time with his niece and nephew.

We’re so glad to have Jim as part of our team and appreciate everything he brings to the agency. Thanks for all you do, Jim!

Get to Know Our Team — Meet Our Wonderful Insurance Advisor, Megan! 💗

Megan is an integral part of our team, bringing so much knowledge, positivity, and warmth to every situation. She has a talent for making those around her feel seen, heard, and valued. As a result, every client walks away feeling like they not only got expert advice, but also made a new friend. Megan takes great pride in writing only the best policies and making sure clients feel confident in their insurance decisions.

Outside of work, Megan is a huge sports fan! She loves watching and attending sporting events and cheering on her favorite teams. Especially her alma mater, the Minnesota Gophers. She jokes often that she bleeds maroon and gold! She also enjoys an opportunity to catch some live music, or get out on the golf course.

We’re grateful for the energy, hardwork, and care Megan brings to our team and our clients every day. Thank you for all that you do, Megan!

Get to Know Our Team — Meet Our wonderful Customer Service Executive, Elizabeth! 💗

Liz is such an important part of our team. She brings kindness, patience, and a genuine care for our clients to everything she does. Whether she’s answering questions, solving an issue, or just making sure a customer feels heard, Liz goes the extra mile.

Outside of work, Liz's most important priority is spending time with family and friends. However, a close second is keeping up with the Minnesota Twins, and keeping her teammate Jim on his game with her Twins trivia! 😉⚾️

She also loves listening to ’70s and ’80s classic rock. In her own words, “Give me that old time rock and roll. The kind of music that soothes the soul.” 🎸

We’re incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and heart she brings to our team every day. Thank you for all that you do, Liz!

Get to Know Our Team — Meet Our Fearless Leader, Whitney! 💗

Whitney is our Agency Owner and the cornerstone of the Wicke Agency. She leads with compassion, dedication, and always puts her team first. She’s passionate about making sure every client feels confident, assured, and served with the utmost care.

Throughout her time with Farmers, Whitney has earned numerous awards, accolades, and achievements, but she’ll always tell you that her greatest accomplishment is her beautiful family. Alongside her wonderful husband, she’s raising her two kids: Carson (4) and Quinncey (2), plus two fur babies who keep life extra busy!

When she’s not at the agency, you’ll find Whitney spending quality time with her family, traveling whenever she can, and showing off her karaoke skills (seriously—she’s the best!).

We’re incredibly grateful to have Whitney as our leader, mentor, and biggest support system. She brings so much heart to everything she does, and we’re lucky to have her leading the way.

Ciara is our incredible COO and Commercial & Life Insurance Specialist. She has been with the Wicke Agency since the very beginning, and we truly would not be where we are today without her!

You can usually find Ciara with an iced coffee or energy drink in hand, ready to jump in, lend a helping hand, and support our team in reaching their goals. She leads with kindness, dedication, and a genuine desire to see everyone around her succeed.

Outside the office, Ciara has a wonderful husband, and they will soon be welcoming a sweet little one! We are so excited for this next chapter in her life.
