FirstTrust Home Loans is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Sheridan, Arkansas.

This is a full time, in-office position that will play an important role in supporting our compliance and legal-related functions. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with technical documents and contracts.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, OR 5+ years of paralegal/law experience

✅ Paralegal work experience required (mortgage experience is a plus, but not required)

✅ Strong attention to detail and sound judgment

✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel

✅ Experience working with technical documents, contracts, and legal documentation

✅ Reliable, organized, and able to work full-time on-site in Sheridan, AR
