SBC Capital Bringing benefits of private equity investments to general public by making whole process transparent

07/13/2025

Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, recently emphasized (once again) that a significant amount of private capital in the U.S. remains locked in low-yield money market funds.

In both his CNBC interview and the Forbes forum, he made it clear: future U.S. economic growth will likely be driven more by private capital allocation than by continued deficit spending — which is reaching the limits of its effectiveness in today’s macroeconomic and fiscal environment.

As CEO of SBC Capital, I couldn’t agree more.
It’s time to unlock the power of private capital to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and long-term value creation.

At SBC Capital, our mission is clear:
✅ Identify high-impact, high-growth investment opportunities
✅ Channel private equity capital toward ventures that truly move the economy forward

Together, we can unlock the next chapter of U.S. growth — let’s lead the way!

In private equity, our product is not a physical good. It’s not software, or a machine. Our product is relationships.

As private equity specialists, our real value lies in our network—the relationships we build with investors, business owners, and industry stakeholders. It’s about knowing where opportunities are, understanding the decision-makers, and being able to connect capital with potential at exactly the right moment.

This is something Alisa Wood from KKR captured perfectly in a recent quote, and I couldn’t agree more. Success in private equity isn’t just about financial models or market timing—it’s about access, trust, and the ability to open doors that others cannot.

It takes years to build this kind of network, and even longer to fully understand how to navigate it.

For anyone aiming to build a career in this industry: focus on your connections. They’re your most valuable asset.

In this video we analyze the current state of private equity investment activity in Europe, with a focus on the role of major U.S. private equity firms. Despite optimistic public statements by leading firms, the data paints a different picture—deal activity has not rebounded since its sharp decline in 2023, and 2025 projections indicate continued stagnation.

Let's explore the underlying factors potentially driving this stagnation:

- The ongoing economic slowdown across key European economies;

- A shift toward economic nationalism and regionalization;

- And Europe’s limited leadership in global innovation sectors like artificial intelligence.

Is Europe still a growth market for private equity, or are structural challenges weighing down long-term prospects? Watch the breakdown and let’s look at what the data actually tells us.

The Truth About Getting Rich Fast (And What Everyone Gets Wrong)

It’s okay to want to be rich — not after 30 years of waiting, but really rich, within 5 to 10 years. Most people chase crypto, Forex, or index funds hoping to strike gold. That’s not the way. True wealth comes from building or backing real businesses that change the world.

At SBC Capital, we connect visionary entrepreneurs with investors who want exponential returns and impact.

At the Forbes Iconoclast Summit, Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock — the world’s largest asset manager with over $11.5 trillion under management — shared a powerful perspective on the future of the U.S. economy.

He acknowledged a growing challenge: while fiscal deficits will remain a reality for years to come, relying on government debt and stimulus alone to drive economic growth is becoming increasingly unsustainable. A significant portion of public spending is now going toward servicing existing debt, rather than being invested in future growth.

What’s particularly interesting is Larry Fink’s emphasis on the role of private capital going forward. He believes that private equity will become the primary engine of economic expansion in the years ahead. This marks a major shift in how growth will be financed — moving away from public debt and toward private investment.

Let’s take a look at what he had to say.

Public Equity is strictly regulated in regards of insider trading and this makes it virtually impossible for retail investors to make well educated and weighted investment decision without a full-time research analyst in the middle.

Private Equity and Venture Capital have higher levels of transparency, however the Limited Partner (LP) model leaves investors out of investment decisions. Scandals in 2022 with "FTX" and "WeWork" when large Private Equity funds made poor due-diligence for investments is a reminder of existing risk exposure. This is further complicated by the fact that LP's have limited transparency on performance of portfolio companies, longer holding periods and sophisticated terms sheets for withdrawals. These factors make Private Equity investments for retail investors as restrained as for Public Equity.

With SBC Capital you have access to performance of your portfolio companies at your fingertips. You decide what investment criteria businesses need to meet in order to get your investment, there's no middle-man involved. You specify KPIs and reporting framework that delivers you peace of mind and make you confident that your money is employed well and efficiently.
