We'd like to put one of our partners, PuroClean Of Stamford in the spotlight!

We had a client whose basement flooded over the weekend and the insured spent five hours in the middle of the night trying to vacuum up all of the incoming water.

Medicare Fraud is becoming a real issue. Here are 3 tips to protect yourself from being scammed.

Here are some tips to protect yourself from Medicare fraud and scams:
📞 If you get a call, text or email asking for your Medicare Number, don't respond. Don't give your Medicare card or Medicare Number to anyone except your doctor or people you know should have it.
✉️ Check your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) or claims statements carefully. If you see a charge for a service you didn't get or a product you didn't order, it may be fraud. If you suspect fraud, report it at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
🪪 Guard your Medicare card like it's a credit card.

A of an Insurance Specialist at BBA!

What is a day at BBA like, you may wonder? 🤔

➡️ We are always chatting with our customers; answering their questions on policy coverages, billing questions, etc.
➡️ We are quoting and issuing new policies.
➡️ We are making policy changes: adding new cars, adding a newly licensed driver, changing mortgage companies on a homeowners policy.
➡️ The mail gets picked up a couple of times a day and is gone through.
➡️ On Wednesdays, we have a team meeting and talk about what’s going on in the Industry, what challenges did we face that week, and what’s going really well for us.
➡️ We get to enjoy tasty snacks from local business (Thanks ServPro!)
➡️ We go to lunch and get to enjoy the local restaurants in Shelton!
