Last night I received a call from a new client confused over CHFA TTO DAP (what is AMI???) and other first time homebuyer options.
This client was told by another lender that she did not qualify for any of these programs.

I have been working with CHFA for over 25 years.

I quickly provided the needed preapproval!!

Lesson: always seek a second opinion! rate shop!!
