Average cost for a 30 year/$500k term Life Insurance policy for a healthy 35 year old? Anywhere from $45-60 a month.

Same length, same coverage for a healthy 40 year old? $80-90 a month.

And it only goes up as you get older. Lock something in while you still have your youth and your health....your kids will thank you. And don't rely on that policy you get through work, cause if that job goes bye bye, guess what does too?

Valued Clients

First and foremost, I want to send my thoughts and prayers out to everyone who was affected by the catastrophic weather this past weekend. While it may take a very long time to get things back to normal in those towns that were hit, it's absolutely amazing to see these communities rally and come together to help those in need. People helping people, we sure need more of that in this world.

As an insurance advisor it is my job to not only discuss protection, but to provide it as well when necessary with every resource I legally have available to me.

There has always been a misconception about Flood insurance. "Only if you're by the beach" or "Only if you're next to a river". Well, unfortunately as we witnessed just this past weekend, it can happen anywhere. In a flood zone, out of a flood zone, in the mountains, in a valley, etc.

I am not posting this with the intent to push Flood insurance on you guys. At the end of the day, there are some of you who simply will just never need it. But, there will be some of you who can benefit from it. Or acquire it just for peace of mind.

This post is meant to just let you guys know that if the thought crosses your mind and you want to have the discussion, I am available and would be more than happy to go into detail about it. Coverage, pricing, whats included, whats excluded, etc.

Inflation is no joke! Just about every company has no choice but to increase premiums, some much more than others. Keeping track of those increases is key to making sure as much money stays in your pocket as possible.....that's why I am here!

With personal injury AND damage claims at an all time high, inflation and major supply shortages we are set to see some pretty dramatic price increases across all lines of insurance. We are also seeing claims cause major headaches for clients due to being underinsured.

It is imperative you have your policy reviewed either annually or bi-annually to make sure you have something in place that won’t cause a nightmare if life throws you a curve ball. And I promise you, it can be the worst nightmare you’ve ever had.

Do you have a reasonable deductible?
Are your liability limits enough with the current increase in medical costs and personal injury lawsuits?
Do you carry enough Dwelling coverage to make up for the increased cost of labor/material/lumber in the event a fire or storm destroyed your home?

The list of questions can go on forever.

Many companies have upgraded packages that weren’t available years back during the original inception…and if it has been a few years there is always a good chance another company may have a better product that can save you money.

To my lenders, real estate agents, financial advisors….I urge you to pair up with a licensed agent and utilize them for your clients. It’s vital to know how important it is to have proper insurance in place for your clients.
