It has been a long time since I have posted, but wanted to provide some important calendar reminders you should set in your phone based on the past year of servicing my clients:

-Auto ID Cards: you should replacing these every time your auto insurance renews.

-Vehicle Registration: you should receive this in the mail, but set a reminder 30 days out just in case. You can always renew online.

-License Expiration: set a reminder 60 days out. Certain states allow you to renew online.

-Home Insurance Renewal: set a remind 45 days out, shop the coverage around, and if the insurance is part of your escrow, make sure payment has gone out!

-Renters Insurance Renewal: same as above, but there is no mortgage; make sure you are on top of the payment. If you move within the same state you can just update the address as long as you prior lease ends within 30 days.
