Icy roads today are keeping staff from making it in safely, so we will not be open as scheduled. If conditions improve enough we may be in later. We are sorry for the inconveniences. Please stay safe out there and Merry Christmas!

Power is out meaning phones are also out this morning. We don't have an ETA on repair yet. We apologize for the inconvenience and will strive to respond to messages and emails as soon as we can once we're back up and running.

NCCI is experiencing a power outage this morning. PUD No. 3 is on site and an electrician is on the way. No ETA yet for when we will be back up and running.

We are having phone system problems. If you can, please contact us by email at [email protected] today. Phone company scheduled to come in to replace some hardware this afternoon to hopefully resolve the issues we are having. In the meantime, thank you for your patience.

Due to a power outage and wildfire evacuation, our payment processing software provider, Evergreen Data Systems, was offline September 8 and 9. They are back online as of 4:00am today.

We will strive to catch up our payment processing backlog as soon as possible.

For the safety of our families and yours, and in light of the current guidance of state and federal authorities, NCCI will be closing our doors to the public to do our part to limit the spread of the coronavirus. We anticipate this policy to remain in effect while Washington schools are closed (currently through April 24).

Our office will continue to be staffed and available during our usual 9:00 to 4:00 hours of operation to assist by phone, email or fax.

For our customers who may find themselves inconvenienced, we continue to have our payment drop slot available.

We would encourage all of our customers who haven't already done so to consider changing to electronic payment or deposit services (in addition to automatic recurring payments, we also offer pay by web and pay by phone options). If you would like to do so, call or email us for assistance.
