Medicare $90 Premium Rebate from the Federal Government

Some Medicare beneficiaries may receive a one-time $90 payment starting October 8th, 2026 to help offset their Medicare Part B premium.

You may be eligible if you:
• Have Medicare Part B and live in the U.S.
• Have Original Medicare
• Do not receive Medicaid premium assistance
• Do not pay an income-related monthly adjustment amount (IRMAA)

Medicare Advantage members are not eligible.

Most eligible beneficiaries will receive the payment by direct deposit through Social Security. Others will receive a paper check.

📬 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period is almost here!

October 15th–December 7th

Your mailbox is probably filling up, your phone may be ringing EVEN MORE than usual, and there seems to be a different Medicare commercial every time you turn on the TV. 😅

We know it can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to sort through it all on your own!

AEP is the time to take a closer look at your Medicare coverage for 2027. Things to review include:

💊 Are your prescriptions still covered, and what will they cost?
👩‍⚕️ Are your doctors and hospitals still in network?
💰 What will your premiums, deductibles, copays, and other out-of-pocket costs look like?
🏥 Have your plan's benefits or coverage changed for 2027? Will your plan even be available?

Plans and costs change from year to year, so it's important to make sure your coverage still fits your needs.
