Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact and provider of daily servicing for clients including processing changes and advising clients on coverage options
• Marketing and quoting all new and renewal accounts to various carriers
• Create proposals for new and renewal business
• Assist in billing resolutions
• Maintain department procedures including documentation and follow up in Agency Management System
• Work independently with producers, as well as with a team

🎟️ Tickets are going quickly for ESA’s Fall Fundraiser! 🎟️
The 12:00 seating is now SOLD OUT — but we still have 16 tickets available here at the office.

This event helps support three local scholarships for female high school graduates, as well as St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

✨ Seating times: 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM
✨ Menu: Soup, salad, charcuterie, muffin, dessert, & beverage

Last year’s tickets sold out fast, so don’t wait! Come by the office or send us a message if you’d like to grab yours!
