Today we’re celebrating the leadership behind Beth Prince State Farm — Beth & Danielle!
Beth leads our agency with vision, passion, and a genuine commitment to our customers, our community, and our team. As COO, Danielle helps keep the day-to-day moving, supports our team, and works alongside Beth to turn that vision into action.

Different roles, one shared goal: building a team that feels supported, valued, and proud of the work we do. ❤️

But great leadership is only part of the story. Our office is what it is because of the entire team behind it. Every person brings something different to the table, steps up when needed, supports one another, and plays a part in our success.

At the end of the day, it’s not about one or two people, it’s about all of us working together, growing together, and taking care of the people who trust us every day. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and even more excited about where we’re headed together.
