Thank you for visiting my page, Don't Buy PULTE, CENTEX (formerly Dominion Homes), ASK ME WHY. It showcases my experience with dominion homes and why I think you should avoid buying from Pulte, Centex homes. My hope is that as the audience for this page grows, other will be able to share there experiences which support the overall merit of this page. I was cautiously optimistic because of

poor reviews and word of mouth bashings about Dominion Homes, now Pulte, Centex Homes. Largely, they took care of most of our problems. It wasn't until our driveway started scaling and spalling, not even one year into living at our home. Then I noticed almost every other driveway in our community was doing the same thing. If I saw driveways disintegrating in other communities, the trend in Cloverbrook Farms wouldn't be so obvious. Folks, I welcome you to my page. I welcome you to pay close attention to the driveways in our community. The builder refuses to repair our driveway and basically told us to file a claim through our homeowner's insurance. Not happening! Also, the HOA is strictly governed by the builder, Pulte, Centex Dominion Homes. Seems like a conflict of interest to me. They'll be sure to use the HOA to threaten you, harass you and manipulate you to no end. Folks, I'm not disgruntled, just speaking to my own experiences which mirror that of my neighbors. Please spend your money elsewhere and avoid buying a Pulte, Centex Dominion Home. Lastly and sadly, if Pulte, Centex, Dominion Homes stood behind their products and offered exceptional and distinguished customer service, my review would be quite the opposite. Thanks for reading!

Many have reasonably asked why I've been so quick to update the name of my campaign to include Pulte and Centex Homes. Dominion Homes was recently acquired by the parent company, Pulte Homes and they are operating under the name of Centex homes, in Kentucky. My strategy and explanation are both simple. Think of it like this. Lets assume you're getting sued or had a warrant for your arrest. Yet you've changed your name to something else. Do you not think the plaintiff in your case or law enforcement are going to still come after you under your new name??? Rest assure, they will. This is no different. This goes without saying that Dominion Homes has sold out. An obvious game of "bait and switch" are happening right before us. The same folks that worked for Dominion still working there... just under a different name. My focus is holding them accountable and shedding light on their deceptive and misleading practices which are questionably criminal. Pulte and Centex surely had to know folks were unhappy with Dominion Homes and hopefully have a strategy for addressing issues we currently face. It's my understanding that Pulte/Centex homes have far better customer service. Until I see it in action, our fight and campaign will remain the same. Thanks for the continued support and standing behind us. We're forever grateful!

Check out the post below and ask yourself this question. "Do I really want to deal with all those problems if I buy a Pulte Homes Centex Home?" I can't and will not make this stuff up. I post actual issues and relevant information to raise awareness to the nonsense incorporated into buying from Pulte Centex Homes.
