What I love most about my role is working with a great team and having the opportunity to make a difference in peopleโs lives. Building meaningful relationships, offering support when itโs needed, and knowing that even small actions can have a positive impact gives my work a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Fall is my favorite season in West Michigan. I enjoy the cooler temperatures, the vibrant colors of the changing leaves, and seasonal traditions like football games, beautiful fall mums, pumpkin patches, and apple orchards. For me, itโs the most beautiful seasonโa perfect balance between summerโs lingering warmth and winterโs crisp arrival, bringing together the best of both.

What makes community banking different is the relationship. Itโs about knowing your customers, understanding what matters to them, and being there through different stages of their lives. Rather than simply processing transactions or selling financial products, youโre helping people, families, and local businesses reach their goals. When the community succeeds, the bank succeeds too.
