We are seeking a Licensed Agency Rep for Personal, Commercial & Brokerage Lines with these traits. The best match for this position would be someone who will enjoy coming to work for a company that believes in a great work/life balance and who likes to have fun with a creative mindset.
This is a very fast-paced local agency and you'll be doing a combination of servicing existing clients while also optimizing new sales opportunities selling policies. This position is not exclusively a sales-only position, and involves preparing and processing renewals for existing customers as well.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN INSURANCE ADVISOR / INSURANCE PRODUCER
Sell new personal/commercial policies
Explain insurance products & services and recommend appropriate coverage based on analysis of customer's needs
Utilize your problem solving skills to tailor policies that will protect your clients most valued assets
Sell customers on the value of doing business with you by being the subject matter expert
You will complete front-line underwriting to determine specific factors
Build a network of long term clients, to ensure strong repeat and referral business
Answer questions with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
Update customer accounts, scan documents, and record payments
Treat each customer with respect
Must be highly organized and work well in a team environment.

Requirements
Existing Property & Casualty license preferred; you will be required to attain one within the first 30 days
Service/sales experience preferred
Must pass criminal background check (zero felonies)
Intermediate computer skills- word, outlook, excel
Dependable transportation
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Required education:
High school or equivalent
