While the House passed a bill to extend the ACA subsidies with bipartisan support, it faces an uncertain path in the Senate. The Senate is unlikely to approve it, though more clarity is expected next week.

Our clients have been prepared for this outcome, and more clarity is expected next week, with some hope for revisions that could provide financial relief.
