But they are not the whole picture. 💻
A calculator or online estimate may give you a rough starting point, but it may not fully account for:
✅ property taxes
✅ homeowners insurance
✅ mortgage insurance, when applicable
✅ HOA dues
✅ loan program details
✅ credit profile
✅ cash needed for closing
✅ your actual comfort level
A number on a screen can be a place to begin.
But a real conversation helps put the number into context.
Because the goal is not just to know what a payment could look like.
It is to understand whether it fits your life
