Had a great turnout at a few of our Medicare member meetings today!

Plan information for next year was released on October 1st and we’ve been busy talking with our current clients and conducting reviews.

As we wrap up the last day of Medicare's Annual Enrollment I'm filled with gratitude (and relief... it's been a crazy couple of months). I would like to say THANK YOU to our:

· Clients - for your business, reviews and referrals. It's a complex system and we're grateful for the trust you put in us as your local experts. Our primary means of growth is simply through word of mouth and your public reviews go a long way in giving others the confidence to work with us.

· Team - between agents and office staff assisting existing and new clients, you have put in a lot of hours over the last few months and we wouldn't have been nearly as successful with you. Our team may be small but we helped many. I'm lucky to have you as part of the agency and I'm proud of the work you have done.

· Community Partnerships - for thinking of us as your trusted resource when you have clients/tenants/patients/employees who need assistance navigating Medicare.

· Agency and Carrier Partnerships - for your guidance and support around growth, compliance, technology and product knowledge.

In addition the Medicaid Public Health Emergency will be ending March 31st.

Keep an eye out for information from DHS as many people will need to reapply for their Medicaid benefits to see if they’re still eligible. Let us know if you have any questions!
