We are currently seeking a LICENSED Property and Casualty CSR. The ideal candidate would be a highly-driven, ethical, and organized licensed customer service agent. The candidate must also work well with a team, work with integrity and maintain a positive attitude.

CSR duties and responsibilities:
• Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
• Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
• Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer’s specific needs
• Field incoming phone calls and promptly respond to phone messages from customers
• Document all customer information for future reference
