👩🍳🍺👨🍳 We are looking for experienced kitchen staff to join our team Tall Trellis Brew Co. This unique craft beer & coffee concept in Olathe, KS features a nanobrewery and hop yard on-site.
Responsibilities will include overseeing the food preparation and cooking process during lunch and dinner hours, monitoring ingredient inventory, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and storing all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations. The menu will include salads, shareables, and flatbreads to compliment our selection of craft beer, wine, and seasonal cocktails.
A positive attitude, excellent communication/organizational skills, and the willingness to work as part of a team are required. Proven culinary experience is essential.
Competitive hourly pay plus additional compensation via our tip pooling system. All team members will receive significant employee discounts on beverages, food, and merchandise.
We are hiring for full-time and part-time kitchen positions with options to work midday, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts. Plenty of opportunities for growth within our company are available.
