This one was extra special! Our sweet first-time homebuyers closed on their new home, and mama is 8 months pregnant!

I didn’t even know at first (thank goodness, because the pressure would’ve been even higher! 😅). We hit a few hurdles along the way, but together we made it happen, and now they get to start their new chapter and set up the nursery for their baby boy. 💙

They were truly the kindest, sweetest couple and believed in us every step of the way.
And shoutout to Jim, round two in the books!
